Lackmond Products dry diamond core bits are very effective for drilling clean, uniform holes in brick, block, and masonry/stone. Dry core bits are used with right-angle grinders, heavy duty drills with appropriate adapters, and hand held core drill units. Dry core bits drill faster than conventional carbide tipped percussion bits, for a smoother finish and little to no patching. Lackmond's dry diamond bits have a 10" overall standard length barrel and are vented for heat relief -they also have a 5/8-11" thread. Lackmond' bits are NOT recommended for drilling concrete and reinforced material. The DCB1.25S SUPREME series has a higher quality diamond than our premium line, and achieve a higher level of performance.
