Lackmond Products dry diamond core bits are very effective for drilling clean, uniform holes in brick, block, and masonry/stone. Dry core bits are used with right-angle grinders, heavy duty drills with appropriate adapters, and hand held core drill units. Dry core bits drill faster than conventional carbide tipped percussion bits, for a smoother finish and little to no patching. Lackmond's dry diamond bits have a 10" overall standard length barrel and are vented for heat relief- they are also have a 5/8-11" thread. Lackmond's bits are NOT recommended for drilling concrete and reinforced material. The DCB2.5P PREMIUM series of core bits offers excellent quality at an affordable price.
