|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first.

Currently we do not ship internationally.
Many items will include free shipping. Packaging and insurance will be added accordingly. Some items will include necessary shipping costs. These items will be designated with specific shipping costs prior to checkout.
Shipments will normally ship ground unless another shipping method is selected.
Truckline shipping is to a commercial destination with a forklift or dock. If you are in a residential area you will be responsible for any residential delivery charges imposed by the truckline. If you do not have a forklift you might require lift gate service and you will need to arrange that with the truckline in advance of delivery after we have contacted you with truckline information. You will need to negotiate the fees for residential delivery and/or liftgate service with the truckline delivering your shipment. Tool Zone will not under any circumstances pay for residential delivery or lift gate service charges imposed by the truckline. Your delivery location must be easily accessible by a tractor trailer truck. Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give any assistance in unloading. Please be prepared for this type of delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your shop. It is extremely important to inspect and note any damages/shortages. Any physical damage or missing pieces should be noted on the bill of lading the driver gives you to sign when accepting delivery. Do not be rushed by the driver or their presence. The notations will allow us to make shipping claims on your behalf. Failure to note damages/shortages on the bill of lading makes it impossible to make a claim. |Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges Taxes are charged based on delivery address. Colorado residents will be charged the appropriate tax for their area. All out of state orders are Colorado tax exempt. You are responsible for any taxes due in your local area e.g.: city tax, county tax, state tax and any and all other taxes due by law in your local area.|
|Credit Card Security Credit Card Security - When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text.|

|Returns Policy If you have received a defective product you must notify Tool Zone within 3 days. Tool Zone will only exchange defective products. Please contact us for an RGA number. You must pay any shipping when returning the product. Any product shipped back without a RGA number will not be exchanged & shipped back to you at your expense. All items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty.|

We reserve the right to impose restocking fees at our discretion.
Reconditioned items - These items have been factory reconditioned and carry a manufacturer's warranty.
Non-Returnable Items - Specific items advertised on our website are designated non-returnable items. These items will have a non-returnable logo like this -
However, non-returnable items still carry complete manufacturer's warranty and service. Please contact the manufacturer for service and warranty repair.
Shipping your return to Tool Zone - All returns require a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain your RGA number please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a RGA number via e-mail within 4 business days. Please package your item in the original packaging with original invoice and packing list. Please print the RGA number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Any product shipped back without a RGA number will not be exchanged & shipped back to you at your expense.
