• Semi-Automatic, FOREMAN Pocket Hole Machine
When your production needs have outpaced a manual jig, look to the Foreman Pocket Machine
to get the job handled. This semi-automatic machine creates the same round-sided hole as the Kreg Jig in a fraction of the time. Features ½” to 1-1/2” material capacity, material positioning stops, “hands-free” clamping, and quick drill bit changes.

• Unmatched Speed
The FOREMAN’s automatic clamping provides a distinct speed advantage over the competition.
Simply pulling the lever of the machine automatically throws the clamping cylinder and starts
the drill motor. Once the drilling cycle is complete, the lever returns to the home position. In
addition, the design of the FOREMAN minimizes machine noise as the quiet, the pneumatic drill motor runs only during the drilling stroke.

• Reliable, One-step Drilling Operation
The FOREMAN drills the pocket hole with a 3/8” diameter step bit in one smooth operation.
The bit is supported the entire way to the workpiece by a hardened steel drill guide that ensures
tear-out free holes and consistent hole placement whether the material is oak, maple, hickory,
MDF, melamine or veneered plywoods. Unlike the routed style of pocket hole, the flat step of
the drill bit ensures that the bottom of the pocket hole is flat so the screw head will seat flush
in the base of the pocket.

• Handles up to 1-1/2” Thick Material
The FOREMAN adjusts to accommodate material from 1/2” to 1-1/2” thick. This allows use of
pocket hole technology in a wider range of applications, from 1/2” thick drawer boxes and 3/4”
face frames up to 1-1/2” materials common in light framing and decks.

• Material Positioning Stops
Material positioning is simplified with the use of adjustable "swing-stops". The stops travel along the length of an aluminum extrusion to provide virtually unlimited pocket hole spacings across rails and panels. The stops conveniently swing out of the way when drilling pocket holes across the the length of a panel.
